<p>Our chalet is stylish and luxurious, our food is absolutely mouthwatering, but what will make your holiday truly memorable is our genuine service which is at the forefront of everything we do. Here is a reminder of the services offered: </p>
<ul>
<li> Free immediate transfer to and from Geneva airport</li>
<li> Chauffered mini bus around resort</li>
<li> Pre-ordered lift passes so you don't have to queue up on your first morning when you're desperate to get on the slopes. Your passes will be waiting for you at the chalet.</li>
<li> We will pre-book any ski, boot or snowboard hire, which means you'll get the best quality equipment available. But it doesn't stop there - we'll let the hire shop know what time you'll be there to collect your equipment which means that it will all be labelled and ready for you to try on and what's even better there will be an allocated assistant ready and waiting just for your group so no queuing.</li>
<li> Ski school or private lessons can also be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.</li>
</ul>
<p>We feel it is the little things in life that sometimes make the biggest difference, and it is these little extras that we provide to make sure you have the best holiday ever.</p>

<h3>Your complimentary ski guide will: </h3>
<ul>
<li> Heat your boots every morning</li>
<li> Take your poles and skis in and out of the mini-bus each day</li>
<li> Drive you to and from your chosen lift station - so no trudging around in boots and carrying skis</li>
<li> Ski with you 5 days a week</li>
<li> Show you the best restaurants and bars on the mountain - e.g. where and when to catch the most rays, which serves the best tartiflette etc.</li>
<li> Take you for après ski</li>
<li> Call the chalet in advance to make sure the sauna is heated and the fire is lit ready for your return and afternoon tea</li>

<h3>Chalet Blanc staff will also:</h3>

<li> Bring you drinks in the hot-tub</li>
<li> Top up your Molton Brown shampoo and bubble bath whenever you need it</li>
<li> Ensure that you don't run out of pre-dinner drinks</li>
<li> Put on your favourite music from our extensive iTunes library</li>
<li> Make your bed and tidy your room daily</li>
<li> And can always give top advice on where the hot spots are in town that evening</li>
</ul>
<p>Paddy and Jo give a warm welcome and treat you as their friends for the week. There are no set rules and they are happy to be as flexible as possible in order to guarantee you a holiday you won't forget.</p>
