Chalet Blanc nestles snugly on the side of the mountain, just a few minutes from Châtel village centre with spectacular views in three directions encompassing the Dents du Midi, Mont du Grange and Mont Chauffé.
At the heart of the Portes du Soleil the chalet is perfectly situated with a transfer from Geneva airport of just 1 ½ hours, and nearest ski slopes just a couple of minutes drive.
Built in a traditional wooden style the chalet was designed with our guests' comfort in mind and is by far the most spacious, luxurious and well equipped in the area. It has enormous living spaces with stylish interiors, five large and beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms, sauna, massage and beauty treatment room and outdoor hot tub. It is the ideal luxury mountain retreat.

The open plan living and dining areas run the entire width of the chalet, giving a fantastic sense of space. The large open fireplace sits in the centre and the huge windows look out on every aspect to make the most of the stunning views.
In the lounge the solid wooden structure of the chalet sits in perfect harmony with the deliciously soft carpets, thick fabric curtains and stylish modern furnishings. After a hard day on the slopes it’s the perfect place to relax in front of the roaring fire with a cup of tea or something stronger!
Deep comfy sofas await you at the other end of the lounge, together with a large flat screen TV with Sky, Nintendo Wii and DVD player with extensive film collection. We also have a laptop for guest use with internet access and large iTunes library. It's a great area for children, and also the perfect place to snuggle up under a fur blanket and enjoy a movie after dinner.
Our dining room is stylish, inviting and comfortable – with flexible seating for up to 14 at the long solid oak table.
Our bedrooms are designed with one thing in mind... a great night’s sleep for our guests. Each room has everything you’d expect and more – amazingly comfortable beds, snuggly duvets, cotton linens and beautiful furnishings to create a relaxed but indulgent feel.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with thick fluffy towels and dressing gowns, heated towel rails, showers and baths with more hot water than you could shake a stick at, plus yummy Molton Brown toiletries for your use.
In many ski chalets you’ll be ducking under the eaves in your bedroom but not at Chalet Blanc – all are an excellent size with full height ceilings. Four of the rooms have king sized beds* and French doors onto sunny balconies and the ‘master’ bedroom has a super-king sized bed and huge bathroom with free standing roll top bath. Two of the rooms have mezzanine levels with 2 single beds which provide ideal accommodation for family groups. Each room has its own unique features and we’ll be happy to discuss your rooming plan to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable.

Let’s face it - skiing is hard work so why not indulge in a little luxury when you’re back at the chalet... sauna, spa, massage?
The large sauna is located inside the chalet, just next to the boot room and the huge terrace is home to the sunken spa, the perfect place to relax your aching bones and appreciate the uninterrupted views of the Mont de Grange and Mont Chauffé. Its position is such that you can even watch your children sledging in the field next door while you soak in the spa with a glass of something delicious!
